Terms of Service for Digital Downloads

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or downloading any digital product from Digital Dreams Printables (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Grant of License
We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, edit, and print the files for your own personal or classroom use.

3. Permitted Uses

• Use in your own classroom or home.
• Print as many copies as you need for your own students or family.
• Edit text, colors, and graphics in Canva or similar tools.

4. Restrictions
You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original or edited files.
• Include our files in products you sell or give away.
• Claim the designs as your own.
• Host the files on any public website or network for others to download.

5. Commercial Use
If you want to use our designs for more than personal or classroom use (for example, to print and sell at scale), please contact us for a commercial license.

6. Refund Policy
All digital downloads are final sale. If you have trouble accessing or editing the files, contact us and we’ll help you right away.

7. Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure quality, but we can’t promise they’ll work perfectly for every setup. You’re responsible for backing up any edits you make.

8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Digital Dreams Printables be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our digital products.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our products after changes means you accept the new Terms.
